Challenge rules

Participation policy:
  1. Each individual or collaborating team agrees to create one single account for participating in this challenge.
  2. Each participating individual or team is allowed to make one submission per day during the evaluation phase of the challenge.
  3. Participating teams are not allowed to share the challenge data.
  4. Only fully-automatic algorithms are allowed.
Publication policy:
  1. Participating teams are allowed to publish the methods that they develop using the data provided in this challenge, provided that they properly cite this challenge and the dataset. This is allowed to happen after an embargo time (till Sept 30, 2020), necessary for the organizers to publish a challenge paper. Please check again near the end of embargo period in case of inevitable delays.
  2. A paper will be published summarising the results of the challenge. Authors from the winner and runner up methods will be invited as co-authors in this publication. Authors from other methods can be made co-authors as well, based on the novelty to their methods. The organisers reserve the right to decide the number of co-authors from each method. The decision on the names of the co-authors from the participant methods, instead, is left to the individual participating teams. Count and ordering of the authors will be decided by the challenge organizers.
